About this item

A good quality late Victorian rosewood and inlaid triangular shaped drop leaf occasional table. The wonderful figured rosewood top having a central marquetry panel with three shaped and hinged flaps, each having fine inlay including cornucopia, flora and fauna all in satinwood, ivorine and boxwood. The table is raised is on 3 shaped and tapering legs with boxwood stringing and brass & pot casters. The legs are joined by a serpentine shaped under tier with conforming inlay and stringing. Condition - very good and original.
