Furniture art practice - unique painted items. Former Interior Design lecturer, with thirty years industry and teaching experience. Discovered chalk paint and found a completely new vocation. Working in an artists collective studio known as Analog in Accrington, I produce one off designs on restored furniture, usually working in chalk paint and metal leaf. Each sale is a huge surge of motivation to keep me working on saving the planet with re-purposing and re-working old items, usually destined for landfill.
