WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN BUYING VINTAGE?
Most of the products listed on Vinterior are vintage or antique, and as such they will typically show some wear and tear consistent with their age. Our sellers try to give a fair assessment of the condition of their items and are requested to report any significant damage or mark in the listing description.
To protect yourself from disappointment or something unexpected, we strongly encourage you to closely inspect item photos, descriptions, and details before purchasing anything and then again upon delivery or pickup. If you're unsure about an item's condition, dimensions, quantity, or description, send your questions to the seller using the form on the listing page and don't hesitate to request additional photos.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER OR RETURN AN ITEM?
WHAT DOES FREE COLLECTION MEAN?
"Free Collection" means that buyers can save delivery costs by picking up the item themselves directly from the seller's home or store.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR AN ITEM?
Vinterior collects payments from buyers at the time of the sale and holds the proceeds until after confirmation that the item has been picked up or delivered safely to the buyer.
When the buyer chooses to have an item delivered, using the Delivery Service, shipping costs are charged to the payment card used to make the purchase when the item is ready to be shipped, unless the seller has requested for the shippings costs to be paid by cash direct to the courier.
HOW SAFE IS YOUR PAYMENT PLATFORM? DO YOU STORE CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
Extremely secure. Vinterior uses a third party, Stripe, to process all credit card payments. Vinterior does not have access to your credit card number at any point. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.

Vinterior only lists products from furniture dealers and retailers that have been approved by our team. If you are a professional furniture dealer/retailer and are interested in joining Vinterior as a seller, please fill in the form on this page.
Vinterior does not list items from private sellers.
