This is Verner Panton first success. In manufacture and appearance the chair is very simple. It consists of a tubular steel frame with a slung seat of textile or suede leather.
Designed in 1953. These are original production of 1955. Manufactured by Fritz Hansen.
These chairs were called "Bachelor" because they were designed for starter home but it also did well in the business sector. They were very easily disassembled into individual components. The "knock down" principle and its simple manufacture made it a competitive export product.
The side section are N-shaped, linked by two intermediate struts.
Here I am offering two in black fabric with one cushion pad and one suede with cushion with canvas covering (see photo) under seat area.
Available as a set or as a pair of black or as a single.
Btw These are surprisingly very solid chairs and comfortable.

Excellent Condition. We can offer to reupholster the pair of black chairs to match the suede at cost
