Very rare & fine quality gilt bronze occasional table with a stunning specimen marble top. We have researched this piece & discovered it was made between 1848 and 1861. The coat of arms on the base celebrates the marriage of the Snowdon and Saumarez families. The top is made up from many different choice pieces of marble. Please enlarge all the images to see the fine details & colours of the marble. Besides the coat of arms, there is also the Elkington & Co mark stamped on one of the legs.
