Glorious, very large, oil on canvas depicting a hunting stud in the stables. After and inspired by John Herring Snr (1795-1865) 'The Hunting Stud (Tate Britain).

The white shirted grooms are tending to the sleek horses, the owner in the curly moustache looks on appraisingly, as he chats to the leader of the hunt. The dog wags his tail excitedly, it's been a busy day.
