Antique 19th century Victorian extremely rare solid silver & glass condiment set, comprising a cruet Stand, five sauce bottles and two silver lidded condiment jars, made in the 'Teniers' style, (a renowned Dutch painter), the base of the cruet Stand decorated with rural scenes, standing on scroll feet mounted with peasants drinking, handles and mounts realistically modelled as tree branches.
Hallmarked English silver (925 standard), London, year 1870 (p), Maker's mark IH&RR (John Hunt & Robert Roskell), stamped on the base, Hunt & Roskell late Storr & Mortimer 5723, engraved with a family crests and initials.
Condition: In excellent condition, no damage. Weight: 3225 g. Wear consistent with age and use.
