About this item

Vintage Green Glass Champagne Bottles

We think they are the Réhoboam size of champagne bottle, although we are still not quite sure as there seem to be some discrepancies, these hold six standard bottles.

A standard sized bottle of 1949 Moët goes for around £700 and a 1964 Pol Roger goes for around £400 so I dread to think what they would have been worth full!

Hugely decorative heavy chunky green glass and a bit of fun.

The bottles themselves are in good order. They have some tiny flea bites around the rims. The labels are worn as can be seen from the photos but we think this adds to their decorative charm.

The Moet is 57cm tall and Pol Roger is 56cm. At the widest part they are both 16cm in diameter (Matchbox in second photo for scale).
