COLLECTION IN PERSON:
Buyer is more than welcome to collect in person. Item purchased must be collected within 7 days, otherwise £5 per week storage charge will apply. I do apologize but we cannot accept third party couriers - once item leave our properties we are not able to take any responsibility for loss or damage to the item, when in transit. Items delivered by our courier are fully insured and we take full responsibility for goods when in transit.
LARGE / FRAGILE ITEMS:
All deliveries of larger items will be made by our trusted local courier or by us - it depends on destination. Its fully insured, one man service - the driver will need help to unload/ take the delivered item to the room of your choice. Please make sure somebody will be available to help the driver on delivery day.
Deliveries to England are usually made within two weeks over the weekend but please allow 28 days, deliveries to Scotland are usually made within a week, but please allow 14 days. Delivery day & time window will be confirmed by the driver on Thursday before delivery weekend once his route is fully set.
Delivery charge in advert covers England mainland (we do not deliver to Cornwall & Wales, sorry). Important - some areas are not covered or may incur an extra charge so always before purchase please email your postcode for double-checking. ! £20 extra on top of delivery charge if delivery postcode is inside of London`s ULEZ zone (weekend deliveries) or £40 (Mon-Fri deliveries)!

The delivery charge is always paid in cash directly to the courier on delivery.
No 3rd party courier collections, no delivery to shipping agent/forwarder, sorry.
DELIVERY ESTIMATE: When you place delivery quote inquiry, the delivery estimate given is valid for the day of inquiry - if you decide to place an order at later date our courier can be fully booked so your delivery would be allocated for next available date. Of course the cost of delivery will remain unchanged.
SMALL ITEMS:
Small items will be posted with a national courier like Parcelforce, UPS etc.
The parcel will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please make sure you will be able to accept the delivery - if you will not be at home please provide an alternative delivery address (e.g. workplace, friend, neighbour or safe place e.g. secured garden shed/garage),
If you would like your parcel to be delivered at a later date please contact us immediately, otherwise, the parcel will be dispatched as stated above.
Please note - they will try to deliver your parcel only twice - after two attempts you can collect the parcel from their depot within two days - if you will not collect, parcel will be sent back to us at original postage cost (cost of delivery and return must be met by buyer).
