This stylish modular bookcase/shelving cabinet also known as a Barrister's bookcase was made by a company called Simplex who made furniture for legal libraries and offices. It comes in four wooden units which lock together. Each unit has sliding glass doors which run on brown plastic tracks, the glass can easily be taken out and put back in. It is a lovely medium oak colour and stands at a really good height. As a vintage piece it does have a few marks and nicks but nothing significant that detracts from the use and overall look.
