However, it was a very tight call as this beautifully balanced Mid Century Modern dining room lost by just a couple of votes. After receiving <em>so<\/em> much love, we felt it was only natural to feature this room too and help you recreate the look in your own home.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-84428\" src=\"https:\/\/vinterioruk.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/88f00d192ba63e9f42c216ca97322253-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>So let\u2019s get started!<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">This stunning dining room was designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/vinterioruk.wpcomstaging.com\/2019\/02\/19\/get-the-look-boho-leafy-living-room\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Studio McGee<\/a> as part of their project <em>Modern Lake House<\/em>. The restrained colour palette of warm neutrals (bright whites, mixed woods, brass finishes and a gentle touch of tan) used in this space is a prime example that texture is not the only way <a href=\"https:\/\/vinterioruk.wpcomstaging.com\/2018\/10\/29\/how-to-get-the-minimalist-style\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">to make a minimalist space<\/a> feel warm and cosy.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Find all the pieces from this mood board in the links at the bottom of the page:<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The super clean and modern look is achieved through smart use of natural textures, an antique oriental pattern, modern statements and a touch of greenery.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The vintage rug acts as an anchor of the whole dining area, while its subtle, yet busy pattern provides interest to the otherwise pared down look.
