About this item

A rare 19th century watercolour by the famous 19th century artist, Henry Warren. This painting looks like it was painted in the middle east, similar to two of his most famous paintings, "the caravan in the desert" (which is currently being shown at the V&A in London) and "The return of the pilgrims of Mecca" which was painted in Saudi Arabia and sold in Christies for £28,750 😯.
The painting is in a period gilt frame which looks excellent and is in good condition
