Pair of charmings 1940s 1950s hand painted unusual shaped dishes by the Bristol Pottery Company "Scenes on the Thames during the Great Freeze of 1805. The costumes depicted are authentic reproductions of those worn in that period". This is the inscription on the back of each dish with the pattern number incised 343 and 390 and "by the Bristol Potter, Bristol, England
